It's why I stick to pole arms really, you need a balance of stats and they're really damn good if you have any idea what you're doing.

I just got killed by Tranquil walk of death... SGS Enchanted with DMB+3 - when you're in its aura you take damage - lets say my Mura killed them and their aura killed me Hackers ftl

We're like an action movie (Predator?) band of rag tag soldiers and mercenaries with our specializations and wacky personalities.

Also, I wanted to share that I fought a Darkmoon who fancied himself a master of parries between forest invasions last night. My intact record of never being PvP parried remains. I may not be the best hunter, I may not even be very good.....but I have that.

Haha, I am too prolific to hold such records However every time I have tallied my win / lose I have always come out with >50% so I'm happy (although I'm fairly sure I have dipped below at other times...)

Haha sweet - I just noticed the citrus scythe gives a really awesome lighting effect crossing my chest!

That's really my only thing I can hold onto. My win loss is likely about 50/50 at this point. And since some wins are coming into the forest just in time for "Target Destroyed" and free souls.....you get the picture

my W:L is probably 3:1 in forest.

Actually we could.....I've had a 120 for awhile now who still has yet to duel anyone here. He's missing a couple things since I'm lazy but mostly complete

First 2 times I invade I get ganked. on the third I get pissed chain B stab the phantom and torture the host.... I should feel far worse than I do about that...

That's nothing compared to the rage a forest wraith showed a week ago. I came in via alvina's house to see the wraith die by sunbro gank. So I bs'd the sunbro and then GC'd him, leaving me and the host in that area. I spent 3-4 minutes just roll poking with DSS til the wraith came back and chain bs's the host before trident dancing on the body.

I really want that trident in real life.

That was a "legitimate made" low level with almost every item in the game. The 120 guy I had help with souls

I'd say my win ratio is similar to Amos'. So yes, Skare. We're better than you.

About that parry "master" though. I assume you were using the great scythe, and that is one of the easiest (and hardest) weapons to parry. If you exclusively dead angle with it there was no way he could've, but if you used it normally he really should have been able to. Then again, anything coated in the power of citrus is quite intimidating, and they make you very scared to attempt a parry.

My style works better locked on. My timing is not usually predicted however. And yeah, no idea if he was a master but he acted like he was

Doesn't matter if you're locked on, were you dead angling? If there's one thing I've learned from the Great Scythe, it's that it's a very long, deadly, fast, Shotel. Shields? Peft.

does killing sif affect the invasion at the forest?

Invasions I dont believe so ....
