I was watching Pallytime's latest playthroughs and he had the firebomb hollows from right near the Undead Burg bonfire throwing firebombs at him in the basement!

I learned that an item based on the head of the Dragon God from Demon's Souls was recently discovered as unused content in Dark Souls.
The Dragon God head is indexed amongst the items (not amongst the enemy models), and fits over the player-character as a head-piece. I believe it also has a few animations. It is being assumed that it was most likely a placeholder for what became the final Dragon Head form.
What appears to probably be a 100% copy of the Demon's Souls crystal lizard also exists in the game files, with animations and everything. It probably also served as a placeholder until they finalized/ created the newer design.

Saw what looks to be a jump point in UB near the 2 hollows, just before you go down stairs to the Undead Merchant. Can you run and jump to the rooftop below and drop down into lower UB? I looked at a you tube video, but he goes to a rooftop to jump down to lower UB.

The only way to get to the Lower Burg without the Basement Key is to do one of two jumps. The Rooftop jump that Vageta shows is one of them.

If you're summoned just as you kill an enemy, the drop doesn't appear even if you still have time before the loading screen. I'm not sure if this is across the board? Someone else probably knows. But I've been farming chunks in the Kiln to kill time while I wait to be summoned (I'm at a bad level for it so it can take 10-15 minutes per) and any time I'm summoned before the final blow to the guaranteed chunk-drop black knights, nothing appears. I don't really need the chunks at this point, but it's still kinda sucky.

Enemies that disappear on death and don't leave corpses, such as Black Knights, Silver Knights, Batwing Demons, etc.

Don't slide down the ladder, roll past it down the hole instead. You'll take fall damage but generally recover faster and can get your guard up before all the rats turn around. I farm them this way.

I found out that you can summon Sif for the Manus fight. Granted I've only fought Manus once before w/out knowing you had to rescue Sif, but yeah It was pretty wild seeing him go at Manus during the fight.

please elaborate on this? That would be absolutely incredible! I tried Manus (without knowing I was going to walk into his boss fight area) as I am playing DLC blind!
I got him down to halfway health on my first attempt, I was also merely learning his attack types for round 2.. he did this black smoke thing and killed me straight with full health and with my shield up!
Is he one of the harder bosses in the game?

I think he's definitely one of the hardest.
Sif has a sign in the middle-ish of the boss room (if you've freed him from the humanities in the hidden room). You can summon him DURING the fight even with two phantoms, plus you don't have to confirm the summon like with other NPC summons.
