Something I just found out/noticed recently, the Stone Greatswords 1HR2 attack (the stomp/slam one, this one) is quicker on the second attack, and will slam people to the ground on the second hit (regardless of whether the first hits or not). It only has the two stages, but pressing R2 and intentionally missing often baits people into coming in, wherein the get slammed with the quicker second swing and smushed into the ground.

Also another thing I only recently noticed is that before you fight him Ceaseless's big sausage arm thing is actually wrapped around himself and nestled in his body, almost like he's plugging a wound. I'd noticed the huge open crevasse in where his ribcage would be plenty of times, but I'd never noticed that before agro he was filling it in.
Poor Ceaseless, he always makes me so sad.

Solaire is wearing the Orange Charred Ring from the beginning of the game.

I decided to kill him today to get his set early for my Sunbro build, and when he kicked me I caught on fire from the ring's effect.

The berenike tower knights can be parried, though not riposted.

Havel can be riposted... For some odd reason that I'm sure no one could ever understand, I expected to die if I ever tried.

I did that once. Parried the guy with a shield that can't block his attacks (breaks my guard and does all the damage anyway) on a character that didn't have the hp to take even a single hit. Also I did about 40 damage per backstab.

After backstabbing him down to a sliver of hp, I wanted to finish him in style. I did.

I just discovered if you take the Giantdad and make it SL 120 by only adding points into END you can use DWGR on it.

Well, everyone probably know by now, but just yesterday I tried and worked, you can parry shield attacks.

This may be very old news, but you can jump down to the lower undead burg from the upper area and fight Capra Demon without going anywhere near the parish.

When Tarkus hits the Iron Golem (possibly stun him) the moment the Iron Golem grabs Tarkus, the grab animation will be cancelled, the Iron Golem will not be stunned, and Tarkus will be teleported halfway into the floor ~10 metres away from the Iron Golem. Tarkus will be stuck in a falling animation and unkillable (Iron Golem could still hit him, and brought Tarkus's hp well below zero).

That the two demon bosses in the Undead Burg are a result of Bed of Chaos incident.

The first hollow with a bow in the undead asylum has an arrow in its other hand

You can poison the boars in Duke's Archives with 2 arrows, but they seem to be completely immune to toxic. I exposed them to 2 toxic mists and threw roughly 10 dung pies. Nothing.

Edit: They also seem to block projectiles while doing their charge attack, somehow.

What can't you poison?

The Spiked Shield's bash actually does decent damage.

The Pierce Shield is also affected by the Leo Ring if I'm not mistaken.

The spiked shield does roughly the same damage as the sword

It's a fun shield to use.

It's like a weaker greatshield, but the bash is actually useful.

The crystal golems cannot be poisoned, but lightning weapons make short work of them.

It's really easy to miss the DWGR in NG when you insist on fighting Shiva in Btown rather than punting his friend off a cliff.

I'm not certain but I think the values used in the formula for the DSS's attacks are slightly higher than other spears, because it's AR isn't huge but it's doing a bit more damage than I think it should be based on it's AR
