    Attunement points Empty Attunement points

Myself, I normally go with only a few slots for basic things like heal, buffs, etc. But I made a recent build with a ton of slots and it's super-fun to mess around with for PvE and co-op (not intended for PvP use, although even then it's pretty effective for trolling).

I'll switch spells around in the attunement slots and wear various light armor that can keep me fast rolling. I'll also switch Logan's for TCC when invaded.

Are you asking in general or for casters?

I like 19 att. This is also the max that I recommend to to new players. It's just past deminishing returns, and they start after 16. 19 also gives 5 slots, and that's half of the amount you can get from att.

Right now my sorcerer has 19 att, and it's great. I attune heal and 4 other spells, and that's enough to get me through a level on my own, but I usually only use heal when I co-op.

I don't use spells and pyromancy is for 1v2-3s and to a bit of distance to recover myself. So I only need three slots.

I feel virtually all builds can benefit from 12 attunement: For Flash Sweat and Iron Flesh. Both spells are very useful for melee characters. Most of my builds have 12 attunement, pyromancers have 23, wizards/faith users have 19, and pure spellcasters have 50.

i usually go for about 14 ATT on most of my characters, thanks to pryo being useful on all builds. even if i want to play a caster (which is almost never) i don't think i would raise my ATT any higher than 19.

I'm hardly ever caught without 7 slots.

However, on a rare occasion I've been known to make a build with 1 or 2.

Currently doing a pyromancy build with 10 slots so voted on that.

My casters like that 19 number. My latest non caster , up to this weekend was going to remain with no slot but
Leveled attunement to the base level of 1 slot, for 4kings.
