Unless you want to balance a full stock of pyro and magic I'd go with the iato. There aren't many situations where you'd need 5 slots except if you plan on using the Tin Crystal cat as your main weapon. I always aim for the most usable weapons possible.

I am using the tin crystal, but I have 2 stacks of css, one chsm, and a white dragon breath. I don't really need another slot I guess. I was thinking of having two stacks of dragon breath, but I think I'll go with the Iato

Just realized I have 16 dex not 17 -_- So I cant use the Iato and stay at sl 150. Id have to go to 151. FML

Might I ask what the goal of hitting 150 is? If your that high already just splurge

The arena in the dlc goes in brackets of 50, so I want this toon to stay in the 101-150 bracket. If I go any higher I'll be in the 151-200 bracket.

Good call Rifter, don't forget the unholy 201+ bracket. 
From probably went off the trend of the console players where anyone who passes 150 is aiming to keep leveling. I'd imaging a 151-200 bracket would get next to no action, and with smart stat distribution you can easily reach max dmg with a good amount of vit and end by the time you pass slvl 100.
I'm actually more surprised they didnt make a slvl 1-20 21-50. Even a BB 1 would have a rough time against a proper pvp 50

it goes 201-300. i have no idea why someone would want to pvp at 300, but there it is.
