I can it just seems to me that I can't afford to make as much risky plays as my opponent the deal with this game is that its casual more than competitive and the people I've seen heal ceertainly have their egos, I can see that this isn't going anywhere so i m done you win.

this particular scenario demands that I mostly kill healers first but then I'm left with little health they kill me with one WoTGor a strike from a normal wep and then they heal making my attempt to kill them mean nothing while their attempt means everything so then the fight basiccly starts all over again.

Well what speed do you move at when you go in the arena? Because with Medium+ WotG is pretty easy to dodge. But while fat rolling yes it can be a pain. But if you are fat rolling you should really keep shields on you to block out such effects.

You misunderstand im saying that as an example for facing an enemy who has full health me taking out most of his health dying since he hit me once and then healing making my last ditch efforts pointless as hell then I face him again and its basiccly the same as it was at the start of the fight. Its simply like this: I kill you first you revenge kill me when I'm in a weakened state and then you heal why should I even try in that case?

I'd say if you are more of an offensive fighter you should be able to kill him before he manages to kill you. You also have the options of using bows, longer ranged weapons, and kick+strike. If you are purely physical you have ways to ensure he doesn't kill you.

Now if he is wearing heavy armor and moving at medium speed, with a bow in offhand and a spear in his main hand, using lag to make sure he gets in hits. Well I'd say healing isn't the problem there, it just adds onto the mess.

Why not use Heal yourself ?
Sacrifice some Vitality to put in Faith and bam. No problem .

I know that but many people in arena have pointed out to me that using a bow is wothy of lag stab punishment.

If you are of the opinion that something is being abused, healing, I'd say it is understandable if you try to abuse something in return, bow turtling.

Similarly if someone was bow turtling and took a chunk of my health I would run around a corner to heal. They would be nowhere near close enough to get me and I'd be trying to make up for my lack of range.

If you fast roll,I doubt it but then it depends on your connection quality.
If you med roll,you take some distance to not get roll BS.

But then if that something isn't abused in reality,he becomes the bad guy.

For exemple,someone can chain BS because he thinks that ninja roll is abused.

Perspective is key.

It also might cause the opposing party to understand what it is like to deal with something that could be considered abused. If they wish for him to stop bow turtling they might message him about it. He might say to stop revenge+kill+heal comboing to reset the match. They might learn a bit more about how their actions are perceived by the other and perhaps consider their actions more carefully in the future.

Or they could just send hate mail and never see each other again.

He could end up being the bad guy, or he could end up just being an opponent. Until he tries it he won't really know how others view his retaliation.

I never bow turtle unless its called for for example I'm low on health so if I'm using my bow I'm going to bow turtle and if its pointless complaining about something that works well is it then pointless to complain about BS fishers and WoTG spam? Complaining may not change anyhting but healing in arena is the new Annoying pain in the *** thing about dark souls, arena was really just pointless from the start as people in it have different concepts on which is fair and what isn't.

The Oolacile Township is quite populated, The Forest still has the same old Action but the Kiln and Painted have been dead to me ...
I can see why youre frustrated . Try checking out the Oolacile Township

People here talking for the heal have obviously not been in a situation where it is abused against you.
Healing is cheap and IMO only cowards do it. You already have time to buff your weapon while I respawn why also full heal yourself when I EARNED that dmg I did you last round.
I have no respect to the guys who heal when I respawn, cheapest s*it ever.
