I LOVE THE ARENA!

i personally hate the duels in arena, the team/death matches are incredible.

its all about spamming a spell or getting a OHKO to get the first kill then they turtle with a spear for 2 mins.

if i get the first kill they just crystal out.

I had a great time in the arena last night. I ran into a rapier BS fisher, and someone who hid/turtled/ran after beating me once (so he would keep his streak). But, other than that, it was great.

with how long it takes to get a duel in the arena vs hosting/invading town ship i see no point to do the arena knowing you might get someone like that.

i can have 10-15 duels in the time it takes to do one arena duel which might end up being BS fish turtle fight

2v2 is so fun and anything goes is just as crazy too. I wish there were more people trying these two instead of the duels. These are alot more fun because you have many try hards who use pretty dastardly methods to win. They do not have honor at all for the most part. Once they get that 1st win they take off running for the rest of the match then mock you after the fight. Pathetic. They should never have put that idiotic leaderboard in the areana. Did 10 matches won 7 and the others were very underhanded players. But the 2v2 and all out war parts of the areana are so much more fun and totally more entertaining. I just wish they would have made these matches at least 10 mins to 15 mins long, especially considering the wait time for most of the. I spent over an hour waiting for one. But it was worth it in the end. Just my opin.

Yeah...even though I'm very high on leaderboard I think the whole plague of legends and the streak system should be removed, it makes players TOO competetive and I too must admit the fact that I took no chances after I reached 30 streak point and sometimes resorted in desperate measures to keep my streak if someone did "wrong" against me.
More players to 2v2 and deathmatch absolutely!

Yeah the arena is doomed to that unless time remaining gets removed. Time is what makes them turtle whole match after winning a round. I did it to confirm and it's ridiculous.

People are ridiculous sometimes.

it wrecks the fun SO much.....most people i have fought have been cool though....i have won a bunch with dying once and almost all of those peeps were really cool and dropped think you speech things..... omg frustrating....

This one time... I fought a level 100 in the arena as a level 56, who killed me in one hit from a hornet ring rapier three times in a row... but he made sure to heal himself, because the 200 damage he was taking from the one swing I got off per round could have eventually drained his 2,000 health.

I know I shouldn't be in the arena at that level. I just thought the miracle use was funny. He's got an 88 on the win streak on the line though, so he is probably just being cautious.

I lost hope in the Arena.
Either you fight BS either you fight honorable guys who chain BS when you win...

I don't even mention black magic spam. Although I beat some mages by charging into them before they could cast.

I had a lot of fun farming chunks in the Kiln today.

Umm... let me rephrase that! I was hosting in the Kiln, and farming chunks while waiting to get invaded. I had a lot of very good fights, and walked away with 60 chunks and 1.5 million souls. Beats the hell out of the experience I had in the arena!

the Arena is fun but it takes 1 hour to find 2 vs 2 or free for all matches. I still preffer to invade at Anor Londo. Believe it or not, there are still a lot of giants, mask of mother, lightning katanas gankers. Except that they can't ninja flip anymore

i will definitely join the 2v2 and more once my Toon reached 60+ and i complete the DLC. wohoo group fights

Oh don't even mention Pep - 79 vitality... MoM RoFaP he has like 2.3k hp and also heal miracles, plays cheap - allegedly the arena has hollowed him... I suppose it has - it brings out the worst in people. They fiend to be the best, not the best that they can be, it results in them playing cheap - I guess it's what they wanna be... No strength of character in some people.

What's to enjoy? I've received less hate mail in normal invasions than arena its full of spoiled motherf******s who can't take having thir streak bummed not to mention the TWoPers and the healers I've taken to hit and running in that damn place.

The arena is no fun at all! They only care about their streaks so they resorts too cheap tactics. B.S fishers, healers, spear users, gr8 combustion or Wog spammers. Better fights in the burg ...

Arenas just a place for faith builds I have no clue what from were on when they allowed faith healing between respawns but arena is VERY flawed.

I don't see how healing with miracles is bad...
After all,it takes a lot of time to heal and you're exposed to a GS R2 or a BS...
And if it's when he just pown'd you,it's only fair that he recovers health like you.
