that your world has been infected by a gravelord, u must find his summun(white one with some black smoke on it) and invade him, if you manage to kill him your world woud be back normal again.

It means you need to find the soul sign of the gravelord covenanter that infected your world and murder his hind parts. Otherwise you get black phantoms to spawn in your world. Here is a vid showing black phantom spawns on a player in the Kiln:

the gravelord infects 3 players if either one of them kills the gravelord all worlds are uncursed
