Good fights Broke. I'd say you stabbed a friend in the back in the one fight but it definitely more of a crush. Also, that's a good example of a fair use of Backstabs. The opponent did something that left them vulnerable for way too long. Sorry Wolf

One piece of advice Broke....lower that dang shield/guard when you're regaining stamina.

ggs broke, that area is quickly becoming the new burg which can be both good and bad.

@Skare - I know :oops: . I sometimes get caught up in old habits. I've been dealing with a lot of lag lately and have been hit from across the room by phantom attacks. Dual-wielding has help me kick the habit a bit - will do better in the future. Yeah - I caught Wolf when he did that strong attack - you can easily punish someone if you can escape the AoE and get behind them.I was kinda shocked when I got the unintentional BS.Its all good though.

@Rant - thanks. That is good news other than I know invaders are getting spawned ganked at times there since some people are summoning to to kill the Black Dragonn and just want to get it over with. Can't wait to get some more fights in that area.

i was thinking about getting the dlc but after all the problems people have ben havin gon the ps3 im just gonna wait till they fix everything. i really wanna go to the new areas to pvp and i wanna to th 2v2 arena since 1v1 is nothing new, 2v2 looks like a lot of fun.

@Howling Wolf - we need to get some more fights in that area so I can put together a proper montage. Ciaran's arena is the main reason why I haven't killed the Black Dragon yet .

@Rant - I didn't realize there any problems with the patch 1.06/DLC on the PS3. What problems are players experiencing? Also, since you have not installed the DLC what does the new weapons look like when you fight someone armed with a G. Tracer? I thinking the patch put in the framework so you should be seeing an actual G. Tracer in their hands. Just curious.

i actually have a lot of the dlc items from people that either gave them to me because they didnt need them or from trading. you can ee me using the obsidian gs on one of my vids, i thought i wasnt gonna be able to intrect with them but it turned out i could.

Yep - those cliffs in the forest always seem to spoil a good fight.

@Rant - that is what I thought. It only made sense for the patch and not the DLC to apply the new content framework (e.g. weapons, spells, pyro, etc) - the patch was probably how they prevented the player community from becoming fractured. I think I read a discussion on another forum about how FROM would some how allow DLC and non-DLC players to interact. Hopefully they will fix the problems on the PS3 - I haven't heard of anything weird other than a player somehow duping elizabeth mushrooms.

Happened to me just the other day. I had him too. But I ran out of real estate and couldn't get back up on solid ground so I plummeted.

You can completely disregard the elizabeth mushroom dup it was on the PC - man I knew porting DkS to PC would be a bad idea.FROM cannot control what happens to their software once its placed on a platform 100% controlled by the player.I would never play PC DkS - you never know what you will encounter. I ran into a hacker in the Burg tonight - the fool tried to bleed me out with a notched whip.After a few blows across his dome with my mace I realized he wasn't taking damage :shock: - I just disconnected.The BOX also has its problems.

On my sl 350 I love to wear the full troll setup mom giants chest and havel gaunts/legs....nothing like fighting trolls in there gear lol...but then coming right back and beating them naked is pretty damn funny!

Yes.

I think any covenant that has to do with PVP can be indicted. As long as they have the indictment and you killed them.

Darkmoons are the only covenant (that I know of) that does not receive indictments when they kill you. This is logical since DM invade to drag your guilty butt in because of your previous indiscretions.

My DM is invaded all of the time by SoVs because of my previous job as a hunter. But that's cool - just more opportunities for some good fights. It is terrible when your killed by someone in your own covenant though .

Hey bro - that is great idea . You are guaranteed to get all of the fights, duels, ganks, etc you could ever wish for. You are already a natural born killa so a few dozen invasions of the forest and you will probably become death itself. I better get my butt back to the forest or I will be crying uncle every time we get some duels in.I can immediately tell if a player has "cut their teeth" in the forest - they move differently. They are constantly watching those angles.

So I finAlly got the gold tracker and holy crap that thing is perfect for banks, I went up against two guys and one of them casted twop, they both rushed me and I cut them both down In less than three seconds with it, yep...I like this weapon.

@Rant - fellow mace man .Hopefully you have given mace's cousin the morningstar a twirl - it is an insidious weapon.It does somewhat less damage than the mace (@ +15), slightly slower swing speed and recovery on a miss (my observations after using it) but oh man it has "surprise you with your pants down around your ankles" type of bleed. The combination of the morningtar's good stun-lock, bleed (@300) and the fact your opponent believes you are a "easy mark" for even using it has allowed me to kill many opponents.Before they know it the last strike of salvo bleeds out their remaining bit of life - they realize too late the bleed has them in its death grip.People forget the morningstar has the same bleed factor as a katana.

I agree the g. tracer is mutha - I have killed and been killed by it so many times. The bleed is crazy OP due to the fast swing speed - before you know it blood is gushing out from all orifices :shock: I definitely give any opponent armed with a g. tracer some room then I suddenly transform into spear man .
