If it wouldn't get me in trouble, I would totally make a thread titled, "Have a Seat on Uncle Tolvo's Lap."

And I'd teach you all about the various interesting pleasures in life, that I've never experienced.

    So yeah, names.

My Forum name is WhatDoesThePendantDo? and I picked it because it really bothered me that I didn't know what the blasted Pendant did.

My GT is DiogenesSinope7 and I picked it because Diogenes the Cynic is one of my personal heroes. Prostration

He told Alexander the Great to GTFO of his face! Gotta respect that.

Pendant it was very obvious as to why you chose that as your name you didn't have to tell us that.

I started as ChaosLordIV because I was young and ChaosLord was the title of the main character in a story I was writing. Then I started working at a pizza shop and became DoughBoy. When I got older I changed it to DoughGuy. So yeah, Im super interesting silly

Yeah thats what I want to know. The WhyS?

If I didnt explain mine clearly enough-

I chose mine exclusively for Operation Raccoon City as Resident Evil is awesome and I love zombies. So I needed something to convey that.

Viral was tehe obvious choice as the G and T Virus are exactly that...... Viral

and I picked ensign because i thought it was like a harbinger or a messenger of something.

Little did I know that it meant banner, flag, colours, etc and thus the banner of hte G virus was born!

Every other name or title ive ever used is related to my heritage, being scandanavian, mostly Norwegian. Example Odin_All_Father, VIKINGGOD, ETC ETC. However, for a very long time, all actual gamertags I have, are ROOSTER 330.

Way back when, there was a game on pc called Delta Force, first person shooter. I had moved to a new area to start middle school and knew no one. Alot of people played delta force online and had a particular server they used.....

I will never be as utterly Dominating again in this life time, as i was in that game. Im talkin 20-1 kill death ratios, no exaggeration i promise. I was stupid good. So delta force got mics for online, well there was no way to mute at first....and I played ROOSTER from Alice in chains (has a personal meaning) over the mic, on loop, while i slaughtered people, and made my name ROOSTER330.

Friends found out months later I was that son of a ***** Rooster guy, and thus a nickname was born. Years later, just before my swat tryout, a friend calls me Rooster infront of my swat commander, and the nickname is reborn!

So Rooster 330 (my birthdate march 30th) has been my gamertag since middleschool.

Well, my GT is just my nickname with a few extra letters. I was younger when I picked it, and now I would have come up with something more orignal.

My forum name is something I have stuck with for a while now, but I got it from a random name generator from Warhammer Online. It had a nice ring to it, and I just rolled with it.

Mine came from Monster Hunter Unite.
Ice- I love the tundra and the Ukanlos enemy. Not to mention I consider 50 degrees Fahrenheit too hot.
Ifrit- A shapeshifting djiin. Chose it because I used every weapon (except hunting horn)
666- I slaughtered everything in that game. Nuff said.

WyrmHero because of the WyrmHero Blade, a secret sword you win when you kill the last hunting mark of FFXII, Yiazmat. The ultimate wyrm, with 50,000,000 HP. I was so amazed by how many hours I spent trying to kill him, all my characters were level 99, and I had to use them all. It was a pretty rewarding experience, one I'll never forget. The WyrmHero Blade is actually a funny sword, because the sound of its hits is retro. But my username is for the conqueror of the great wyrm, the WyrmHero.

    Lore of Yiazmat:
One Deity among Dragons, One great Wyrm to rule all Wyrms of the World, by the Creator Himself created. Legend says it is an Anima, Guardian to a Sacred Blade. Though most sacred among its Kind, its great Power drove it to Madness, and in the End, it became a Threat to its own Creator. His Master was killed by Yiazmat, robbing Montblanc of all Joy in Life, and he would have Revenge.

Hey if you are interested in Lore at all, you should check the linking external and internal lore thread. A lot of stuff relating to Mythology in there, as well with your knowledge of that specific culture you could probably help us out a bunch. happy

I've always found a grin to be a negative form of a smile and to me symbolized a man grimacing or someone grinning after something horrible happened to another because of their own sadism.

I got twist because of constantly watching horror movies with a generic ending with everyone dying. After seeing one horror movie where everything seemed to be fine at the end, there was some very confusing twist at the end of it that many would consider grim.

I just decided to be a smartass and mix grim up with grin and combined the two words together because they were both similarly negative in my mind and there you go, GrinTwist.

As far as nicknames go when I developed the nickname Suijin when I was in highschool because I loved swimming and was apart of the Shinto religion at the time. Another one of my friends decided to give me the name because he was interested in Shinto and found out Suijin was the god of water and started calling me that. It stuck I don't know how, but it did.

Before here my forum and PSN everywhere was SgtPigeon. Inspired by Cher Ami.. a messenger pigeon from world war one who saved about 200 people after being shot down by enemy and friendly forces.

You can read more about him by googling the name.. but from wiki:
In this last mission, Cher Ami delivered the message despite having been shot through the breast, blinded in one eye, covered in blood and with a leg hanging only by a tendon.

Cher Ami became the hero of the 77th Infantry Division. Army medics worked long and hard to save his life. They were unable to save his leg, so they carved a small wooden one for him.

I'm pretty sure that describes how I look in PVP and Co-op in most games.

But when I joined the Dark souls forums here I changed it to Yukon, because I had moved away from my home in Dawson City to Winnipeg Manitoba, and I was home sick damnit tongue
