That is one reason I don't date. The real killer where I am is the weight. Have to at least lift 200 pounds and have big abs then you get the girls. You're personality does not count. So I am 100 pounds under still.

Ah, we're in similar situation. I didn't care about my weight, but I started doing some exercises because my fat friends began too, and I wanted a better body too. So I began with a very small training that fits for me, nothing too exagerated, I don't have much endurance. I also began taking some vitamines and eating more during breakfast/lunch too. Just start out simple and soon you'll see some results. Its easier to gain muscles if you're skinny than "transforming" fat in muscles

If you pay me 250$ an hour I'll be your personal trainer and come to your house to shove protein powder down your throat and call you a worthless sack of poop until you do so many pushups that you fall on your face midway through one.
