Discoveries you only made recently.

That you can get on an elevator in the Township all by yourself, in your own world as a hollow, ride it peacefully all the way down, and then drop dead of "fall damage" when it stops at the bottom.  Looked like I had a heart attack.

I just discovered that not all weapons can parry (I know, a bit behind on this one). I rarely dual wield, and when I do it is almost always with curved swords, which can parry. So the first time i put a straight sword in my left hand, needless to say I was surprised when the L2 was actually an attack.

My dog is horrible at dark souls. I kinda already knew this, but one day I was playing and I was hollow, so I just stopped, and when I got back my controller was on the ground with a stick being pressed and apparently I triggered some enemies and died. And there he was, looking all innocent.

The corpses on spears in Painted World bleed if you kick them.

It's all relative, humans could very well be the same height as you'd expect but since giants and the gods are the dominating race we would of course be considered small or pygmy's. Humans are so small because the Dark Soul is bequeathed many many many more fold than the Light Soul is for the Gods, thus they retain more 'Lord Soul' power per being. It's also well to note that the Life Soul of the Witch of Izalith does not increase their stature although being bequeathed to a select group in a way similiar to the Gods. It may be that they were actually giants too but since the power was sapped by the Bed of Chaos, the surviving daughters reverted or warped, as the Chaos Brother Ceaseless is clearly a giant, though that may also be an affect of the BoC.

Also, Ciaran is the only human-sized Knight of Gwyn, though clearly not human by her prejudice. Or just delusional.

I found one of those 'Soul Crabs" (of whatever you call them) in Darkroot Garden near the Sif boss room. It was red in colour.

 I found my first one too! It spawned from my own bloodstain.. Mine was is the Chasm, near puppy-Sif. Coincidence?

You can easily lure the crow demons into falling to their deaths.

Apparently Toxic also slows down Stamina recovery, makes me want to use it more.

Flamberge+15, Kidmask, And Grass crest shield = Hi-damage Bleed machine.

Rolling right into Ornstein's right leg as he does that attack that lifts you into the air and zaps you dodges it effectively.

The Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring and Hornet Ring make a wonderful combination.

People actually use Rotten Pine Resin.

The Gold Tracer in the left hand makes for good crowd control if timed correctly.

The Humanity enemies in the Chasm of the Abyss seem to waver if you use the Silver Pendant near them.

Well, considering how dark magic is based off humanity, it could quite be possible. Nice discovery.

Edit. Checked today, would not for work me, although I have noticed that randomly the humanity will stray away from me, the silver pendant doesn't seem to make it happen more or less often. (haha Stray)

Rotton Pine Resin buffed bleed weapons are great for PvP, they make people act all silly and cause them to make mistakes trying to avoid procing the bleed/poison.

Rotten Pine Resin + Large Club = Lots of poison build up on each hit.

And when people are poisoned they usually screw up from being more aggressive trying to kill you before the poison severly hurts or kills them.

I had the idea that wearing the Covenant of Artorias would make me invulnerable to the Chasm Humanities. It did not work..

I just discovered I look pretty damn awesome with SLMaggot/castlight and Calamity ring on.

This may be a glitch but i just cast pursuers and homing crystal soulmass at the same time, Looked badass. But i can't reproduce it...
