Yes, you can carry multiple castings of any spell you can get more copies of.

If it's the same spell it should also stack in your HUD so you don't need to keep switching slots to keep casting it. This can sometimes be a lifesaver when you're talking offensive spells

Its 3 WoG per playthrough, however, I already saw people spamming like 13 WoGs. Its kinda ridiculous, They prob do the "getting to kiln without the 4 souls" glitch.

So I only need one spell slot to stack 4 Heal spells?

^ Not one spell SLOT, you need four Slots, however, in your HUD, they will appear Stacked up.

No, no, no, Carphil that's confusing, It's 1 spell of WoG with 3 casting in it.
You use different attunement slots, so you would need 3 for 3 heals, but in the directional menu you use for selecting it will all appear as one, so it would say 15 instead of 5.
