Never had curry. Indian food isn't big in washington, its mostly east asian foods that are popular.

Curry is Awesome! I love it when you go to an Indian or Thai restaurant, order the spiciest curry you can, and they force you to try it before they serve it to you.

And i'm pretty sure most of us here are over 18 and can stand a few foul words and nasty things .

I was talking more so from personal experiences with people I've met in real life.

No he wasn't beaten up, people didn't really know how to respond in the situation.

I also don't think violence would be a real appropriate response to such a thing, I know I wouldn't beat someone up over that. I'd sure as hell talk to them about it. It's not as bad as a ****, it was still a horrible thing but in the same way that punching someone is horrible. And two wrongs don't make a right.

I know that, i got experience in these kind of things sadly .

But it is a heavy situation and honestly:
Aside from blind anger i don't know how i would response to that either .
I can understand him but i'm angry at him for giving in .

But now that i think about it, him having to live with the knowledge that he gave in to it is punishment enough .

I don't think he ever really cared, he kind of became a **** as time went on. I guess I wouldn't really consider him a friend anymore.

Violence against women doesn't really bother me.

Violence in general I just frown upon, but I never care about it just because of the person's gender. My saying has always been either you can hit everyone, or you can't hit anyone. I've never seen one gender as inherently weak so I've never seen a reason to treat one gender like its members are made of glass and need to be protected for whatever reason.

I can relate it's actually really hard to control myself when I see someone hurting a woman but fortunately I've been able to keep it up for over 5 years now.

I hear what you're saying Tolvo, but violence against women strikes a foul cord with me.

It may be the trend now with the whole "Women rights" movement that there shouldnt be any differences in treatment of Men and Women

But it is a fact that Women and Men are different .
Females are physically weaker than Males .

It's not like i carry Women on a podium or something, i only care about physsical abuse since that's something a Women cant do much against .
