I hope your dad finds some peace. Pride is a sin, but pride does give confidence. I read what you said, and no self pity doesn't warrant a forked tongue, but self loathing is very complex, especially for men.

I wish the best for you, and think your dad is lucky to have a level-headed son around. For as much as you've been going through, you seem rationally cognitive of your situation, and one could easily say you're making your father's life easier...even if he might not say it.

And also, no way dude...depending on what he did, and backslap could very well be warranted. Grabbing a girl's butt is one thing, but creating a feeling of violation, imo, deserves another violation. 3 smacks i think?!?!....4 right turns equal 360 degrees.

I can understand a few smacks, but a full on beatdown would be too much in my book.

Similar to how if a friend punched another friend of mine, or if they started a fight, I wouldn't just join in the fray. I'd try to stop and separate them.

I'm not a feminist Marino, but I am an Egalitarian. So in my book socially everyone is equal.

IMO, men and women are very different. They are not equal. But one is not superior to another. Many times our weaknesses are women's strengths.

There's a reason Humans aren't unisex you know :roll: .

I finally finished my 45 paged paper!
It took the whole day and a complete loss of sleep last night but I was able to finish the last 10 pages ahead of time!

I'm so happy right now I think I'm going to turn into the sun.
