Ha! Yeah, we probably should've. I've read something about ''guesting'' though, which allows for co-op in another server. Not quite sure how that works though.

Playing together
In certain situations, you can play with people who are based on a different world, as long as all members of the party are from the same region (US or EU).[1]
Dungeons (including Fractals of the Mists), as long as everyone is in the same starting zone when the first person enters the dungeon.
Personal stories, with the same restriction.
In addition, party members can join the overflow of other members (right-click on the charater's name in the party menu and choose, join in [zone]).
