Its in his 45 + page lore...... Yup and insurrection of mage in Eos attack the White Spyre and over power Lilith before using Letos unborn son to start some dark ritual. Then Letos orders all the mage in the city to be purged even if they were innocent.
Then leaves the Sentinels and heads out after the woman who killed his lover.

Riel is just a knight who joined Oscars cause. of no rank or special Status, barely even an astoran knight after she dishonoured he family and renounced her name, wields dual scimitars, has no special powers, etc.

Also Letos will be there with Yvette co ordinating with the leaders but not actually fighting, and will meet both Riel and Avrik.
