lol that was from when I was PSN leader and Isaac was xbox leader. If someone is already Reg Com for your country then I'm afraid you're stuck at Sergeant unless you can switch country. However that depends on who else is ranked what in said country.

also you have to be viewed as important to the cov i think, of significant worth or value to represent us. and also not get faceplanted when we go to war
