You will basically organise a mini event, get some people with you and do an attack on the archives. You just have to choose who will join you and what time its on, then get people to show up.

If you had skype you would have more idea of the active ones. You'll need about 5.
And the attack chronologically happens before its our base. Your attack will lore-wise represent us taking the archives as our base.
