Murakumo build for FC

Hello! I'm finally starting to make a build for the fight club.

What do you think? I'm quite happy about it myself. With 99 humanity my physical defence is over 400 and I have 1831 hp without mask. I tried to invest in defence and hp because I'm fairly new to dueling and I will probably get my *** kicked otherwise (or at least too easily)

I was thinking about using murakumo, but I'm not sure yet. Both mura, and bss are regular because i'm not sure do i want to make them elemental or use buffs. I would appreciate opinions on this

With your build, go +15 on the weapons. The only time you'll ever want to use elementals is when you've got minimal investment in the stats they scale with.

Ok, thanks. I was also thinking about trying quelaag's furysword since it deals fire damage and has an ok scaling with dex. I have never really used it though (only tried) and I don't remember was the damage that good. Could the damage be too low against SL 120 players?

With the amount of dex you have, a Falchion will outdamage the Furysword, so i'd look into that.

That's probably true. I think I'll just test many different dex weapons and then decide which I want. The idea was to have a faster weapon with murakumo.

If you're into Katanas, check out the Chaos Blade. Don't let the HP loss turn you off. With the amount of DPS it deals, -20 HP per hit is negligible.

I do like katanas - over used or not. So you'd prefer chaos blade over furysword or falchion? Chaos blade deals pure physical damage, right?

Without question. There are a few die hard CB fans on this forum actually. And yeah, at 40 DEX it has an AR of 450. And it's all physical damage. In my opinion, it's the best katana in the game, and maybe even the best DEX weapon period. I love it.
