    56 poise 2 stop a 2h run atk and 53 for a normal 2h r1 for great swords

    53 for a normal 2H swing....56 for the running attack.

    Here is a version of it that has more defense against physical damage.

    Also, I found that trying to make a build that fast rolls with the Muramako is very tedious, as you usually end up sacrificing something. And in this, the build has not much going for defense as well as having minimal other options aside from just the Muramako. It is however, a quality build, and can easily switch out to a lighter weapon should you not be doing too good with the Muramako. I also took the liberty of making a build that midrolls with the same set up you have going.
