Dragon Roar breaks poise?

I'm curious about this. I know it stuns the person, but does it effect their poise at all?

Last night I was using the PGS and roared at someone in full giants, and stunlocked them with the PGS during the stagger animation.

hmmm interesting im not sure if its directly effecting the poise. that might make sense if it just instantly drains any amount of poise. im busy till around 9 tonight unfortunately but maybe we should test this with full havels and wolf ring.

If you are on XBL we can, though I'm not sure on how much longer I'll have live. It was supposed to expire on the 5th, and so far I've gotten a few free days of it.

nah im on psn. im sure this has been tested just too lazy to look it up really. i would be surprised if it hadnt been.
