by GMW is a decent buff. It barely requires any stats. Just 15 Int and use an Oolacile Catalyst.

^Yeah, but at SL120, 198 damage will be reduced to practically nothing by almost any armor. Look at your spreadsheet; the lowest AR you had was 275 and, depending on the armor, 200 of it was blocked, give or take. For 198 you're looking at less blocked, but I'd say it'd give about 30 bonus in real damage.
So yes, it doesn't take many stat points, but it doesn't do much either.
For lower levels, though, it can come in handy. I have an SL80 that uses GMW.

I adore buffs. I most certainly use them in duels, because while they are fairly OP, they last 1 MINUTE. A good opponent can dodge, get hits in, and then what? You've got a weaker weapon than they do until you can rest at a bonfire, and buffing them in the middle of a fight... it doesn't ever happen.

I always buff, and expect my opposition to do the same, should they not, their disadvantage is their fualt.
