    This is my favorite...

    Hayloh

    She's an int build that just wrecked her way straight into NG+ in no time...She's pretty much cookie cutter int but I bring it up cause I really wanted to talk about the Enchanted Bandit's Knife +5

    All I can say is PA-CHOW! At Enchanted +5 it has a Str. E, Dex E, Int A scaling as well as the highest Crit rating outside of the Twinkling Branch and with my 16str, 45dex, 50int it has a 100 +16 physical attack and a 104 +103 magic attack, all in the face of an unsuspecting opponent, and with an 1000+ Riposte WITHOUT hornet ring it's onnnne mean mutha!

    Even with all of that though, I would like any suggestions on other fun weapons for a build such as this, I tried the Moonlight Spear, but it, in a word, sucks....terribly. Lol.

    the only other weapon i would suggest is Velka's Rapier

    It's terrible (even at +5 it was a waste of 10 Demon titanite), it does nowhere the damage my Enchanted Bandit's +5 does, sure it has reach but that's about it...though that's just my opinion, if you like it and can use it then YAY, but I despise it lol.

    Hm, don't think I've tried Velka's Rapier, I'm sure I have it though, I don't play dex builds much so I usually just grab up dex weapons to get them and then box em...I'll def give it a try though.

    The MLBH is a spear. It therefore has a massive range and all spears normally do sub-par damage. Never expect them to hit too high. Anyway, MLBH is really good, as Jans said.

    I like the sound of the enchanted bandit's knife, did you also use it for the DLC area + bosses?

    If so then I'm very impressed!

    Well yeah, I can see that the range is decent, but as far as scaling at +5 it doesn't even hold a candle to my Enchanted +5 Bandit's Knife (Estr, Edex, Aint as opposed to Bint) PLUS the BK has 300 Bleed.

    I will concede however that in a one-shot battle the Butterfly Spear wins out, but if you need to hit it more than once the BK is way better.

    It has an S rank bonus for int when you level it up and you only need 16 str

    No, I have it at +5 and its only B scaled in Int.

    The moonlight spear is only B int bonus the moonlight greatsword is an S bonus

    Enchanted balder side sword +5 is quite fun, and with that dex you might also consider an enchanted painting guardian sword. PGS gets S scaling in Int at enchanted +5 and also has bleed.

    My 50 int mage is also currently playing around with an enchanted partizan, it has its charms.

    When i first got this game 3 months ago, guy gave me a non upgraded velka's. It's the only toon that made it to ng+. sl 90 mage 40 int and velka's was my best weapon. In ng+ it only sucked because my build sucked, (i did too since i was noob). Any other mage i've tried to build never had velka's cause i never knew where it was. I knew wut area just not location. Get it, try it. Might work well for you.

    How did you wreck people with that build?

    Was it random invasions?..or an organized duel environment?

    If you won with that build in a "semi-pro" environment, you'd wreck with a build that was optimized.

    You should look into aquiring the MLGS, it's my favorite weapon in the game...I put it on damn near everything.

    Well that's all good, I read internet postings in an "inner-me" voice that sounded pretty condescending when I read yours, but no, I'm no pvp'er, well, I try, but I'm terrible, LOL. But really with that build I blew through EVERYTHING AI-wise. For PVP I would put more Vit...which i'm doing now until I hite 150 might even just take it to 199 to stay below the 200 cap which means a fair bit of endurance too.
