Everyone but NA got the patch. That means NA, 1.07, can't play with EE, 1.08. Since NA finally got patch 1.08, they can play with EE again.
PS3 still can't play with Xbox. Their OS are too diffrent.Also I heard 1.08 fixes some kind of hack that allows players to drains stats from other players.

iirc they buff miracles while you're close to them. the miracle thing lights up when you are in range.

As soon as I got the update I ran into Township.
Just from the Artorias area to the bonfire, I saw 3 Resonance Rings.
