Dark Souls 2! Good or Bad?

Don't like a few aspects of what we've heard so far (No Miyazaki; trailer felt less like Souls; Shibuya can't keep mouth shut about story elements like charioteers). Like the idea of improved graphics and two-hand versatility. Only the first has the potential to make the game buy-or-rent, but there's a lot of unknowns.
