Brony Thread

A friends list is redundant, as everyone here is my motherbuckin friend. I love you all, full homo.

Anyway, what didya think of the first chapter? I'm interested in feedback since it's the first time I've written a short story in donkey's years.

It is OK. Perhaps separation of dialogue from paragraphs would be easier to read. Other than that, I can not argue much. Find errors in Grammar, and fix it when you see it.

That URL looks... a bit suspicious. Should probably wait until everyone is asleep and there is no risk of people barging into my room.

The layout and grammar errors are pretty much it, I can't talk much about the accuracy of the pony content too much as i dont know much about them. However what I must say is that you need more descriptions, and be less wishy washy with them. be more specific than just "orange" and "purple", describe the first impression of the encounters with them, applejacks hat, pinky's hyperactive mannerisms, even a little note of fluttershy not looking at ronan or something..

Perhaps adding in a longer verse about the confusion of waking up in the library and a more detailed response from ronan, you can deal with this with more than just dialogue from ronan really.

Thanks man. It's really only a draft and as I said, I'm pretty rusty about writing stories, haven't done it properly in over 3 years.

no worries, you'll want opinions of more than just myself however.

To be fair, I'm not sure how much of a literary masterpiece they need to be, as much as simply cater to in jokes and give the community a story of the main characters they'd want to see.
