Basically FaP ring now becomes a must have ring for all builds because its penalty is much reduced.

I think if people wanted havel's or DWGR over Wolf/FaP we'd see that more.

^I disagree very much. The DWGR was effectively Havels + RoFaP in one ring (i.e. it + anothe rring was 3 ring slots) and we all now where that took build variety. I havent pvped much recetly since the patch (read at all) but I assume there is more build variety nowdays.

fap ring has been one of the most powerful rings in the game, since the begining of dark souls and for every level and build.
its hard for other rings to compete with that.. and it makes me wish from had the fap ring built into every character and removed the actual ring from the game.. or just removed it.
i mean, look at how many suggestions contain the fap ring and tell me the things not powerful- if not overpowered.

Havel's + RoFaP only provided something like a 70-80% increase to fast roll equip load limit in total. DWGR provided a 100% increase. From there you save points which you can put in vit to make up for the vit RoFaP gives you and (I'm pretty sure baout his but feel free to correct me) the flip takes less stamina meaning you don't need as much end.
