WTF? the pc community is giving a lot of false information. This is like the third thing that was "confirmed" that wasn't true Someone needs to do video proof of a lot of the major patches.

That sword fight is nine the greatest ever dude. I actually watched it last night too, has not seen it in a while and I made me wanna do a rob roy build and a knight build.

I really dint cafe about the whole no bs with iron flesh thing as I find it useless unless you're a tank but tanks get destroyed by casters though. I was just thinking, the new spells are pure physical damage so if you block them with Your shield you take no damage?

I'm under the impression that you can block them with shield, but the stamina drain is huge.

Even if you get stunned you're gonna be too far for them to counter tor the exception if the new pyro which has the same range as great combust.

Also toggle escape still exists, I've seen people on streams using it.

Whenever, player or NPC, I've blocked one I've taken damage, without blocking, huge damage, I figger they do half magic and half physical, but I don't know that.
