Parrying Arrows/Bolts

Ok so I just learned something new while battling a bow user. He was extremely annoying so I started parrying his arrows with a parrying dagger, it actually worked! It wasn't really a parry it just caused the arrow to miss lol. I learn something new everyday ;D

Edit: you can actually parry them also they just kind of hit what your parrying with and bounce off ;D

Yeah parrying is great against dragonslayer greatbow. Negates that ridiculous knockback.

I don't think a lot of people know you can parry the special attack of weapons ie the MLGS magic attack...and this is a real parry were you can rpstl!!

Yeah, martyr has a vid of parrying the MLGS's R2. Pretty cool.

^I think that's limited to weapons that have a striking motion involved in the special attack, though. I've parried the Dragon King Greataxe's 2h-R2 many times, but never the Grant's 2h-R2 (a similar AoE special, but doesn't have a striking motion involved in the casting). I think I've only ever had the chance to try once against the Grant, though... so that may skew the results! I've also parried the Dragon Greatsword's 2h-R2.

I am pretty sure there needs to be a stirke motion so it might not work on every weapon!
