I joined the darkmoon's last night on my role play character and holy f****ing S*** this is getting incredibly redundant. 99.9999999999999999999% of the time everyone goes for a back stab. 55% of the time someone has a white phantom to help them back stab. This is getting so boring. In various areas there were at least 3-4 bloodstains where it shows the character who died, dying with a back stab. On one occasion I counted a total of 12 bloodstains with back stabs.
In most cases with me being around SL.50ish and having a charcoal resined +10 laito and power within I can out pace these guys by a whole lot, but when all it takes is one lagged and/or glitched back stab the game gets incredibly repetitive and boring. I don't even go for back stabs and find it boring and predictable.
2 out of every 3 players I invade go in for a back stab. usually with an elemental weapon. This tells me that there is something very fundamentally wrong with how back stabs work in general and how PvP plays out.
My Solution= Take BS out completely and make a riposte the only critical damage available.
The best Solution= I'm not that far yet.
While a lot of these percentages are made up they are based around my actual experiences lately. For instance, everyone I fought last night went for a back stab though some of them back out of it once they realized I wasn't going to let them do it so easily. 3 out of the first 5 matches had white phantoms and 1 out of those 3 was a dragon/bow glitcher.
Why is no one talking about this?
