What type of weapons work the best in each area?

I know that divine weapons are recommended for the Catacombs when first entering, otherwise I suggest just suicide running in and killing as many of the Necro's to make coming back easier..

But the question is, what are good weapon types going into certain area's? Not sure if this has been covered before but may prove useful for new players:

Also what type of weapons deal the most damage to Bosses?

Occult does good damage to O&S
Lightning does good damage to Taurus
Fire works well for Pinwheel

Seathe:
Four Kings:
Quelaag:
Nito:
Ceaseless:
Capra:
Gwyn:
etc

Quelaag boss fight non fire.
Archives, caves and seath non magical.
4 kings lightning. SLB on a dagger works best.
Firesage bleed weapons.
Nito fire weapon.

Pretty much all demon kind is best fought with Lightning or Magic, anything Magic Lightning or FIre, anything godly Occult, and anything dead Divine. Nito is very weak to fire. Almost every single boss in the game is weak to fire outside of the Demons.

Fire works well everywhere except for Quelaag and Lost izalith Demon Ruins ofcourse. But with a strong pyro you can freewheel through most of the game.

Seath doesnt love it either
Smough and Ornstein are cooked too with pyro.

Bed of Chaos isnt a boss that needs fighting and the Ceaseless Disc. neither. So pyro is pretty good overall.

Oh yes. Firesage and Stray Demon bleed so nicely! (Asylum Demon, too, but do we really need strategies for him? ) You can easily kill them with an unupgraded Bandit's Knife just by continuously bleeding them. Sif also bleeds, but not as easily.

I aways thought the archieves and crystal cave the mobs where weak to lightning, :?: i aways upgrage a weapon to +4 lightning (usually a longsword or the winged spear) for those to places :suspect:
