The Edge of Potential

Trying to put together a list of all the players above level 700.
For Co-op purposes and for PvP.
There is a severe drop off of available players at that point, so the more we know the better.

Aren't most SL 700 builds more or less maxed out, though?

Still, I got a toon at 711, always lookin to play with him if there's an opportunity.
