well, for pve it is, for pvp the Black bow of Pharis is too slow and 2 more point in poise to raise the stats to 76 would be great

You don't need such high poise for a kat, I say 34 poise is enough. So I would change wolf for fap ring. And BBoP for Composite Bow.
