Welcome to the forums. The way to beat them is a fire weapon and rolling. I'll try to find yo the vid of the guy who did it on NG+7.

Ok so I misread your title and thought you said you were SL 1 :oops:
If you have 30 fth grab SLB, put it on a dagger and go to town. It wil destroy them. Use fast roll or havels, Im not sure which one is better. But an SLB dagger is the way to go. Otherwise I found you the cli panywa. 4 kings fight starts at 22:30 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPjREX9V2ek
