The ultimate test will be slow walking the walkway in Anor Londo with both Dragonslayer Greatbows firing at you.

The Dragon Greatbow ALWAYS staggers, it has infinite poise from what I can tell, however, with 100 or more poise, it stuns rather then causes one to fly.

Wouldn’t you be walking so slow that both arrows will hit? No poise will save you from 2 DSB arrows.

I don't care. I want you to do this in PvP anyway. Just stack a **** of poise, Iron Flesh, Hav's Shield ability, and then just flip out with a Falchion or something.

I believe Havels + wolf ring is 161poise. A DSB shot needs 165 to prevent the stun from what Ive heard.
