PVP: max poise/def for 30 end

hello, can u help me choose equip with max poise/def and ninja flips?

sl 83(want 120)
vit 30(want 40)
End 30(prefer keep it 30, but may be need 40)
Str 14(want 16 for 1h claymore)
Dex 30 (want 40)
Faith 30(want more)

equip: grass/silver knight shield; swag sword; claymore; catalyst
im use a DMW and WOTG, but want 1 more slot, if it possible for SLW

There are some calculators out there that do this sort of thing. I dont have any links right now but a bit of google fu should find them.

that u think about build below? in build can replace BSS ->ricard rap and use silver knight shield(or another head)

If you're going to FLIP then FLIP. however for the weigh 34 poise is a bit low. 40 faith doesn't increase the damage from SLB or DMB enough to warrant the 10 point investment, and the BSS is light giving you all kinds of options for thing to have on the swap. And not having the Percentage based boost to 3 stats from RoFaP is somewhat undesirable but not totally hopeless

Also talisman in the left hand so you can buff.

and that u can advise to me? take 10 point from fth to end? replace havel's to RoFaP? and that u mean prefer on swap BSS?

Not always more END, perhaps more HP, but if you're just buffing 30faith is the most common because the extra power from going to 40 or even 50 is somewhat small compared to the extra stats you can get other places.

I'd also recommend having at least 1 if not 2 slots of Wrath Of God because it's so good and you already have the Faith for it.

that gives you a ton of HP, good buffs, WoGs, 62 poise (2 katana hits!) pretty good defences for a fast roll, and the 2.0 leftover weight is enough to use the Silver Knight Shield OR swap to Heater Shield and Silver Knight Spear. (The heater shield has great stability and only weighs 2.0) You can also use a Katana of your own as both the Uchi and Iiato are 5.0 (meaning you can use them with the grass crest shield) You could also potentially use the Great Scythe (another 5.0 weight DEX weapon that's popular)

I assume this is for the PC since all of your builds had PtD box checked. I'm not "always" right but If I were making a 125 dorkmoon It'd look something like the build I posted

it is good build. in yours builds not use a DWGR. why? i play on PC
