Hey guys, sorry havent been paying this much attention. Can someone give me a rundown of the depths event so I can add it to the events page?

Dark Souls Starts Here.
Blighttown is a pain. The challenge is different.

We will start at the entrance from the Depths into Blighttown. We will turn the Eye of Death on as soon as possible.

We will then proceed to the bottom bonfire but we are not going rush down but we will take our time.

If you see a gravelord sign you must invade. (of course!) We will eventually gather in sewer bonfire.

Some people really hate Blighttown so I made it optional to stay. You may go right ahead and kill Queelag if you want.

Requirements:
SL 40
Gravelord covenant

Rules:

Max Level on any weapon for level appropriate invaders is +10.
Max Level for starter pyromacy flame +10
All Resins allowed.

A level appropriate invader is anyone who comes at you WITHOUT end game gear/elemental weapons. AkA(Also Known As) Greifer/Troll

1 anti Greifer/Troll maxed out weapon. Do not use it against normal competition and other Gravelords. If you do they will use theirs,

Do not use fully ascended pyromacy flame against normal competition and other Gravelords.

The maxed out pyromacy flame is only to be used when:

Greifer/Troll, or Griefer/Troll. If outnumbered use your own judgment.

Maxed out pyromacy flame is the nuclear option.
Starter pyromacy flame not to exceed +10.

Hornet Ring is Banned.

The following armor sets are banned until further notice.

Ornstein's Set, Crystalline Set, Brass Set, Favor Set, Catarina Set,
Silver Knight Set, Black Knight Set, Paladin Set, Way of White Set
Steel Set, Black Iron Set, Giant Armor Set, Havel's Set
Smough's Set, Iron Golem Set, Stone Knight Set, Solaire Sun Armor Set
Elite Cleric Armor.

Hi thanks for your interest. If you want to join us then what we need to know first is what system do you use?
Second is to choose someone that will help you with getting the said items. We don't want to spoil your game but we can direct you to the areas you need to visit to have the tools you will need in blighttown.
The advantage of joining us is that you will have someone to co op in case you need to beat a boss etc.

I just want to say that most people focus on the bottom of Btown but forget that the top is very similar to Sens. Make the most the journey down.

For this event it will be very important to start at the appointed time and not rush down to the bottom.

I plan to hunt for gravelord signs. In fact I will be there early since I missed the depths.

I like the idea you have DxV, though it requires plenty of participsnts and requires us to get connected. Getting in the same lobby took a while in the Depths and while we eventually got it all going well we had a slow start. The lower btown population will help in this, but we will have less randoms to depend on for entertainment.

So we need people and coordination to get us in a lobby together through Wss and RSS.

Really it could be great fun, I personally love Btown but a lot needs to come together for that to happen. Really though we have a great group of guys and we always manage to make the best of it.

Also what SL? 35 right?

Sl 35? I guess that is a good idea. I will change that everywhere.

I like sl 35 because those coming out of btown are near that level rather than 40 so I switched it.

Well, maybe we can get other people that have not participated to play. I dunno. Ideas are needed. I can suggest that after the 1st hour or to meet at the bottom. Or something like that.

What if we start off by co-oping on killing Gaping Dragon? That might be a way to get us in the same lobby with each other, plus it would be fun. Then on to a black phantom riddled Blighttown.

+10 armor except for the banned sets. +10 weapon, +10 pyromacy.

Is a great idea! Cooping gaping with level appropriate gear is fun, with phantoms present his HP pool grows a lot! Also hopefully I can meet up with you and others I've yet to get a chance to coop with

ahh ive just killed the tarus demon and stumbled into the darkroot garden and found a good place to farm souls behind some door so ive been their lvlin before trying move on cause ive heard the game can sometimes be brutal also how do i find nito to join as to i have yet come across him in my very short travels

ive killed the taurus demon and the asylum demon so 2 and my soul lvl is 36

Once you use the eye, you (the gravelord), become the gravelord sign. Your sign moves with you, so you can use the eye and walk around farming or whatever while you wait to be invaded.
