When taking things out of context for meme'ing purposes, it's not really up to you which characters make it into the image. Though Pinkie IS my second favorite pony and any and all Alicorns are my favorite race of ponies, I guess you could say the combination of two "second-favorites" equals the enjoyment of one "first favorite."
EDIT: Just to clarify, I didn't make that image. I'm too lazy to figure out how to make gifs
