I would think so. I got mine from steam (Pre-order) for 40 dls and it's only for the game. My question would be if you are buying a hard copy or digital copy of the game.

I want to pre-order the hard copy only if it includes the artbook. I'm not sure if all retail version get the artbook, but the offical facebook says so. Do you know if it's true or not?

May i ask how much you payed for it? Because i doubt they put an artbook in ALL physical copies just for 40 euros.

Yes. I paid 50 Euros for it (I'm in Belgium). There are places that sell the game for 40 or 45 though, but they didn't have the copies in yet or wouldn't sell them...
