I've heard it pronounced as "Goh," "Gouge," and "Gahj," but with as weird of a name as that I'm sure others have different pronunciations (I personally find myself saying "Gouge" most). Is there an actual way to pronounce this, or will we just not know till the Prepare to Die Edition hits?

I use 'goh' mostly cause the gh at the end should be silent (like though)

I pronounce it just like the old artist (painter) who cut his ear off, "Van Gough" not sure how to spell the pronounciation but ...with the name I think you can google it or youtube it to listen xD
