Undead Rapport

Can anyone explain to me what exactly this does? I've tried using it on several undead and I've never been able to get it to work. It sounds so cool, please help!

It has a range of touch so if your trying to use it at a distance it wont work. For 30 seconds it will turn a hostile hollow firendly and they will attack your enemies. They will not however be able to move while under the effect of the spell so using it on ranged undead works best.

i used to use this spell and im pretty sure they do move, if im wrong i apologize. it might also be affected by what kind of enemy your using it on.
