i need key of the seal to continue the game and i am at soul level 79 finished 80 % of the game, may be i have what you need.

You cannot trade it Because it is a "Key Item" See what I did there? but seriously you have to get it yourself. Noone can give it to you

You must find it, someone in New londo will give it to you, but you should try to find him on your own

checked the chest nothing there . ignward is not on the building that's the reason why i want to trade, any other place i might find him ?

The only thing I can think of is that you haven't triggered his appearance somehow. Perhaps he doesn't show up until a certain event, e.g., ringing both bells or some such.

^He's always there. Its how you join the DW.

i saw him on the building while i was playing as my other chracter. so is this a bug or what ?
