Big hat VS Witch hat

a battle of the mage hats! which do you think looks the coolest(not talking about stats but i guess that does play a role). i always use dusks crown with my mages, but F that i want to look like a legit LOTR wizard/witch.

so far im going with the witch hat, the big hat is just...well too big.

Witch Hat looks amazing, it's my favorite hat.

Witch Hat on my female toons, Big Hat on my male toons, Dusk Crown=by far the most useful.

As far as looks go, I think the Witch Hat edges out the Big Hat.

big hat, no contest, witch hat looks kinda lame.

this may sound stupid but the big hat is one of those items where its constantly gets in the way of other gear. i hate when my shield or weapon is sticking through my hat. it kills the vibes lol.

why no xanthous or sorceror cap?

As weird as this will sound, the Witch's Hat is just too tall for me...makes me feel unbalanced lol. So since they're both essentially the same only one sits lower on your head my vote goes to the Big Hat

Easy solution: get rid of your shield and weapons.

Witch Hat is just... a hat. Big Hat, on the other hand, is an epic hat. I think it looks kinda good, too, depending what you have underneath--like "yeah my hat is ridiculous, but I can pull if off". I just don't like how it looks when you peek under the rim... Your head looks tiny. Wear it with a light chest armor and it's cool.

well blaine i made my mage have a huge head for added int or so they imply.....

I personally love it when my weapon goes through the Big hat, always when my MLGS goes through it is awesome

Witch hat. I agree that almost everything in the game having to clip through it gets annoying. Her catalyst is the best too for looks although I wish it smoked like the art book shows
