Can your data be corrupted by quitting the game from PSN menu?

Because I got like 5 hosts disconnecting while I'm invading and I always wish for that to happen .

If they pull the internet it will save and be fine, if they quit by ps menu or by power off they may corrupt their save.

I look at it differently now anyways: if they disconnect, it's because I scared them. Either way, I win.

Perhaps but I for one hope not. I don't do it often but when I'm trying to get aid for a boss fight or trying to be summoned and not want to be disturbed by invaders I occasionally will do it or when I get the same invader more then twice I might. Depends on my mood but it's a rare thing I do when I'm not really up to fight invaders.

I mostly have to do it around the New Londo because I want to get the dang Four Kings over with and I'm just looking for help or to give aids to others and hate to have the only invader invade my world.

As long as you don't quit during an autosave(flame on the top right of the screen) then you're fine. If you quit out with xbl/psn menu during that then it can definitely corrupt the save.

If you don't want to be invaded, put the homebone in your hotslot. It will dim and you'll have plenty of time to quit your game before an invader will show.

I do this at New Londo and the Kiln if I'm looking for help and I'm low on humanity. I use it going against Sif, too.
