New Londo seems to be a really unpopulated place for summons. For the past few days I've been trying to get summoned there actually and have only been summoned maybe five times. It's not my most favorite place to get summoned but I want to help people, now if only I could find people.

New Londo is a great place to get summoned, though I've never tried it at a low level like the op. I've seen others post about getting low-level summons for high-level Kings, though. Sounds challenging.
Something weird is going on with the servers lately. It has to be. Too many complaints like the op's. I mentioned having a 2 or 3-day stretch where I couldn't get summoned with any of my Kings co-op characters.

if your playin on xbox, that might be your problem, my friend got this game on the xbox and for close to a month hes been stuck on the 4 kings and not once has he seen a sign to help him out, hes sl73 and the only help he gets is witch beatrice

No, I'm on PS3. But that sucks for your friend, having to solo the Four Kings.

Summon signs should be dotting the landscape of New Londo. If you know people that are truly stuck send them here, because there are lots of us to help on X or P.

I soloed them once, but it took maybe 100 tries. Plus the run there is such a pain, that I have never tried doing that since.

If you're soloing them the run is cake. You don't have to even swing at anything, just roll twice. If you get hit it won't be enough to stop you. Great thing about doing that is you don't have to curse up, which means you have the invaluable Green Blossoms available when the fight starts.

That's weird. I am on xbox and I coop the Kings all the time.
At level 50, at level 75, 90 and 120.....
....eventually I will be doing them in the 300's as well with callipygias ...if I can level up that high.
Send him here, there are tons of people that will be happy to help.

Once the big slime monster is dead you can run right from Firelink to the Kings without even having to fight anything.
Just run right by them all to the fog.

they can, but not very far down the stairs. just go down the stairs until just before they end then do your preparations in safety.
