Dragon Bone Fist or Golem Axe?

Do you want to actually use it in PVP? neither are very fantastic for PVP, but the Golem Axe is the better of the two, it has that wind attack the golem does when you first enter. DBF is mostly for the lulz and it has a pretty sweet R2 attack but has terribly short range, and bad attack rate, given its a fist weapon.

i love them both, i say get both but if you have to get the golem axe first if you wannna pvp, its actually really good, takes some practice but knocking people down with the special attack is hilarious every time you do it. DBF has the coolest special move ever! and you can buff it which makes it stronger than the GA, it's kinda hard to use for pvp(not if you backstab though, its pretty good for that) but its so damn fun to use, i buff it with slb and it looks awesome.

mind you the golem axe has a high str requirement and only c str scaling... but its pretty strong and i've seen people mistake it for a great axe when it swings like a regular axe allowing for mean stunlock.

The Golem Axe gives a melee focused strength build a ranged attack.
I use it on my strenght guy I'm playing right now, iw weighs a metric ***, but it hits hard and surprisingly fast.

pve i would say dbf, its buffable and faster than the GA. but if you really want a good str weapon and fast too i cant reccomend th msgs enough.

I sometimes use the Golem Axe in my playthroughs. It isn't the strongest axe in the game but it looks so cool, and as others have said it's very quick which is nice when you're guarding against mobs. Its attack is very similar to the regular Battle Axe, just... cooler.
