PSN DkS FC Starting Gear event

so i'm stealing this idea from FruitPunchNinja, these are the rules:

date 04/14
time: 9:00pm eastern time(we will be fighting as long as there is people which might be for hours sonce this sounds like so much fun...to me at least.)

you are only allowed to use whatever you start with, if youre a cleric you get the mace, robes and east/west shield, that is it. no rings and no upgrading anything. i know i can trust people in FC to not upgrade anything. i was thinkng sen's fortress so we have more room and it would give us a breather from btown but we could do it in btwon which would be a lot easier to get to but getting to sen's takes about half an hour(specially if you bb glitch which i might do but i dont think i need it though) and once you get to the designated arena just switch to your starting gear and let the fun begin. also im not sure if you can sumomn people with the rss at that low of an sl, please let me know cause if you cant then this is ruined.....ruined i said!

and youre probably right tolvo, there is gonna be a lot of thiefs that night.

Bleed weapon, strikes fast, and great critical with a shield designed for parrying, decent armor and good manoeuvrability, it's the best starting class in my opinion.

I'll probably go as a thief (or scimitar class) too.

yea i have to admit im tempted to go as thief. we will see. i might do warrior and just not wear the helm or chest.

But you don't get RSS until the painting.

^^this even might require people to bb glitch. i think its worth it tho.

you can do a speed run and have people that bb glitched host in tthe area we pick. i say sen's, it takes less than an hour to ge there.

yea i vote sens also, there wouldnt be many if any under sl10 invaders to interupt the fun.

Also: I, for one, will not be picking the Thief class! Although the Bandit's Knife is my favorite weapon, I don't plan on parrying with the target shield. The scimitar is also among my favorite weapons, but that won't work with what I have planned, so no Wanderer either.

I'm thinking Warrior, Knight, Hunter, or Sorcerer. Haven't decided yet!

I can help people, if needed in the Painted World. Sen's should be easy. Speed running that level is easy. Summon Tarkus and let him kill the boss. PW shouldn't be too bad. We can speed run, but I don't know if the shortcut will kill you. That fall takes off a lot of damage.

Rant, it would be cool to have a list of participants and their starting classes in the original posts.

i hope more people join in this will be fun. the fights will be a little shorter then our normal ones but i think we will manage to make it interesting.

i think the rules ''ONLY what you start with" are perfect forget about resins ext.

Why would the fights be shorter? Dont u mean longer cause of the little dmg the weaps do?
