Lol.....I actually agree that there are aspects that could be plating from armor.

So, just to make this clear for me, :o you call it "plating"? Does it have a plural, "platings"?

Yeah in all seriousness it looks to me like the armored arm/forearm of someone standing while facing to the right, holding some sort of weapon.

Or it could be a bended leg, with the knee pointing at the camera...

You know, if you imagine a warrior in some kind of fighting stance...

Yeah, sadly, depending on the style it could be anything from a pauldron to boot. I haven't done any ctrl and + work on the pic yet but it seems to be similar to the helm and pauldron plating on the Artorias pic they have as their main. And don't worry about "derailing" because we all go on tangents 'round these parts and, speaking for myself, my tangents are less valuable than attempting to enhance how you communicate.

Though i highly doubt it myself, with all the time their taking to release this 'info', IF this IS a dlc, I hope its free
