    I don't get your logic. If you midroll, you roll the length of your back.  In fast roll you jump some distance, and then roll the length of your back.

    I did a sport where you roll and flip, so I'm gonna say this from experience.

    Literally, logically, and technically speaking, a roll genuinely goes further than a front flip.

    This wouldn't be the case if our character dived during a fast roll, but it doesn't. It simply does a forward somersault, which DOES NOT go further than a roll.

    Fast roll is not a front flip, its jump with a roll in the end. Midroll is just the roll. I don't know about your game, but in mine the character lands before the roll in fast roll.

    The character lands on its back, it does a literal front flip.

    DWGR roll is a front flip. Fast roll is jump with a roll in the end, and I see the character landing more on its neck/upper back. Also if you double the weight you carry you definately won't be able to roll farther.

    DWGR is a front handspring, not a front flip.

    A handspring does go further than a roll.
